Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on June 10, 2026.

We at Mindful Learning Co. are working to make our site mindfullearningco.com accessible to people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

Mindful Learning Co. is committed to making its website at mindfullearningco.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of our mission: we believe in removing roadblocks to learning, and that includes removing barriers to accessing information about our services. We are continually working to improve the experience for all users and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform, as closely as reasonably possible, to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We treat conformance as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time goal.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we work to:

- Use clear, readable text and a logical page structure
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images where practical
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and legible font sizes
- Support keyboard navigation through the Site's menus and forms
- Review new content and features with accessibility in mind

Platform

Our Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. We use accessibility features made available through Wix and follow its accessibility guidance where applicable. Some elements of the Site's underlying technology are provided and maintained by Wix and third parties, and aspects of their accessibility may be outside our direct control. Information about Wix's accessibility features is available at https://www.wix.com/accessibility.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware that accessibility is an evolving process, and we work to identify and address barriers as we become aware of them. If you encounter a part of the Site that is difficult to use, please let us know so we can help and prioritize a fix.

Alternative Access and Accommodations

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our Site, or if you need information or services in an alternative format, we will do our best to provide the information or assistance you need through another channel, such as email, phone, or a video call. Our tutoring and coaching services themselves can often be adapted to a student's individual needs — please reach out to discuss accommodations.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Site. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Mindful Learning Co.

When you contact us, please describe the specific page or feature and the difficulty you experienced so we can respond as quickly and helpfully as possible. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable time.
